All vehicles are eligible if they meet these simple conditions:
- The car must have an MOT in place when you sign up.
- It must be drivable – you will need to bring it to us to sign up,
and be able to drive it to our Island scrappage centre. - The car must be registered to the person who gets the free
travel pass. - The car must have been registered to the person who gets the
free travel pass for at least 6 months.
